The Work:
Lead an innovative, effective BIS function to implement systems that create competitive advantage for Juicero.
Partner with business leaders across the organization to design solutions that meet their needs and drive efficiency, automation, and proper information flow.Build a world class team in San Francisco and Los Angeles that can execute the IT strategy as we rapidly scale the business.
Oversee all aspects of Juicero’s IT infrastructure, including helpdesk support, to deliver a high level of employee productivity and satisfaction while ensuring the integrity of our network.
Communicate regularly with executive management on BIS strategy, progress, and resource needs.
Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, using IT wherever possible to ensure we are compliant with laws and regulations.
The Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.10+ years experience implementing ERP and other business information systems within food manufacturing environment.
Experienced in integrating internal and external (customer) systems, such as with distributors and retail outlets (e.g. Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Kroger, etc.).At least partial implementation (or reimplementation) experience of a significant ERP system, from the business process mapping, to the implementation and integration.
Demonstrated knowledge of Corporate IT to support employee productivity, including running helpdesk support, ensuring WiFi uptime, setting maintenance schedules, etc.
Superb business acumen, technical documentation ability, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
ERP experience in process manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce implementations a major plus.
Fresh-cut food industry experience a major plus.
