As the Sr. Director of Global Consulting at Percolate, you will be responsible for managing a small team of consultants and leading and delivering on all projects as the senior member of the consulting team. You will have overall revenue responsibility for the group, as well as responsibility for aligning your service offerings with the broader global sales force. You will also have a critical role in partnering with our client engineering and implementation teams to ensure early alignment on expectations prior to any purchase/deployment of the software.

10+ years of experience in the marketing software space or at a consulting group that does enterprise software engagements.
Senior presence. The ability to sell services to VP, SVP and C level buyers at F1000 firms.
Delivery experience. A willingness to do. You must be able to lead and run multiple projects across a small but very productive team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including C-Level presentation experience
Ability to build consultative relationships with senior members of marketing and IT management
Ability to identify business challenges and shape solutions that fit with the Percolate platform vision
Willingness to travel on a weekly basis both domestically and internationally.
