Responsibilities & Tasks

Your primary responsibility is account management and business development for areas such as OSS/BSS, IP and cloud-based technologies, professional services, network rollout and other offerings in the Ericsson and partner portfolio.
You will take the lead in the orchestration of engagements towards the customer, bringing appropriate team of subject matter experts that will together comprise the overall solution from opportunity identification through to contract closure.
You will utilize Key account management (e.g. marketing, technical support), regional resources, the business units in headquarters and potentially external partners.
You will participate with the VP & KAM team in developing business plans and new sales initiatives.
You will manage your efforts towards quarterly and annual revenue, orders and profitability targets as well as customer satisfaction indices.
You will build and maintain relationships on multiple levels with key decision makers in the organization as well as assigned markets.
You will quote hardware, software and directly related services in accordance with Ericsson.
You will be responsible for forecasting future revenue & orders on a quarterly and yearly basis.
You will work consistently with internal organizations to align service and product business units to create and implement solutions that address specific customer requirements.
You will utilize your ability to lead teams to identify, develop and successfully close new business opportunities.
You will lead proposal and quotation processes including active participation in pricing and costing discussions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Masters or MBA, a plus
Minimum seven years of experience selling a mix of the following:
OSS/BSS
Core and Access
Professional services
IP and Cloud
Consulting
Minimum two years of project execution and delivery experience
Fluent in English
