As the Director, Supply Chain you will lead the adoption, training and adherence of AstraZeneca Supply Chain Center of Excellence processes across all Biologics Supply sites, including BES.
In this role you will develop & implement integrated supply process solutions & improvement strategies that cover multiple functional areas within plan, source, make, deliver that align with and support the organizations vision, current & long-term business objectives.

Graduate status or equivalent
Deep experience in a SAP/APO, planning, logistics, systems and process integration within a manufacturing, sales and marketing environment
Track record of continuous improvement project management across heavily matrixed organizational environment
Ability to influence and direct stakeholder decision-making at senior levels
Advanced business management skill-set including both financial planning and team management, can develop and use process health metrics to drive improvement
Supports senior staff to coach and develop talent to ensure a healthy talent pipeline and succession for senior positions
Helps role model the AstraZeneca leadership capabilities and support senior employees to motivate and empower staff to deliver outstanding performance and customer service
