With specific focus on New Product Introduction, the primary objectives are to ensure all new products deliver a Best in Class Consumer Experience in terms of quality, performance & reliability and Fit Feel & Finish.

Be the voice of the Consumer
Accoutable for all actions relating to quality improvement for New Product Introductions as part of the Steering Committee Check Points
Ensure effective usage of all Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) tools & Techniques including: FRACAS, DFMEA & PFMEA, PSRA and PPAP process for all new product launches
Facilitate FMEA & PSRA processes, in collaboration with R&D,PL, Purchasing, Operations, Consumer service and Ownership solutions
Review and apply learnings from validation test protocols
Implement corrective actions regarding new opportunities and deviations, ensuring inputs are captured from Consumer Care & Consumers Institutes
Continuously act to improve SCR, Quality as perceived by our final Consumers (NPS ) and act to reduce Warranty Costs as measured by WC/NS%
Promote and facilitate best practices across product lines and sectors
Contribute to definition of common rules and methodologies
Apply and implement rules and methodologies defined by Global Quality
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in R&D, PL, Operations, with a special focus on Product Development, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Ability to understand and embrace continuous improvement, people empowerment, process management
Good understanding and knowledge of financial analysis and measures
Good strategic leadership capabilities
Strong business drive
Negotiation and conflict management skills
Proficient in project management techniques
Strong Teamship skills and digital mindset
Ability to network and influence at every organizational level, internally and externally
Ability to work in an international environment with a non hierarchical network.

Strong Technical knowledge of home appliances products, materials and manufacturing processes with specific focus on the relevant product line productsSound knowledge of, and practical experience with advanced quality tools and analytics.
