This is a senior product role will be a key leader in the development of the OpenMail Marketing Platform, specifically driving the strategy and roadmap for our search offering. The ideal person enjoys figuring out business needs, creating innovative solutions, and motivating teams to achieve lofty goals. This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

At least eight (8) years increasing experience as a product manager
Engineering or science education and/or relevant technical background
Prior domain experience in search / SEM, data optimization technology, or ad tech
Strong background of increasing responsibilities and clear successes delivering products
Partner with sales, finance and business owners to support and grow search revenues from our existing business as well as attract new business
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate, motivate and lead
Must be comfortable managing multiple projects, teams and priorities
Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with business owners to create product vision and roadmap for search
Collaborate with engineering to develop search product and functionality
Manage agile process for multiple teams
Ensure product is developed to meet business goals and customer needs
Define, track and report on KPIs for features you deliver
Responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Job based in Bellevue, WA or Venice, CA. Must be willing to travel between locations frequently
