In the role of Director of Product for Evernote Business, you’ll define the product vision and drive the roadmap for team collaboration and business usage of the product and get to work with a team of highly user-centric, design and data-driven product managers.

Responsibilities:
You will define the product strategy and roadmap for Evernote Business. As part of this, you will develop and maintain expert domain knowledge about team information management, productivity, and collaboration.
You will stay closely connected to our customers by learning about them and engaging with them through focus groups, usage analytics, sales calls, and other means.
Through this, you will continually be able to help us answer the questions: what do our users need, what will customers want?
You will work with a multi-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, support and marketing teams, to deliver ongoing updates to Evernote Business, from conception to launch. Prioritize features, create PRDs and plan the release.
You will work cross-functionally with our incredible team of product managers and external partners to create a great ‘whole product’ experience for Evernote – this includes initiating and managing relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to round out the Evernote Business solution.
Experience & Skills:
Experience building SaaS B2B products. Domain expertise with software productivity tools preferred by not required.
Experience and track record managing and driving new rapid-growth products.
Proven experience making data-driven decisions to drive product improvements through user testing, data analysis, and A/B testing.
You should have a strong technical background as you will contributing to technical vision.
Articulate, persuasive, while able to listen and incorporate diverse perspectives and balance competing goals.
Passion for building beautifully crafted experiences – incredible attention to detail in language, usability and design.
Experience hiring, managing and coaching a team of product managers.
Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of product management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field, or equivalent practical experience
