Direct all aspects of patient care delivery and administration across a variety of nursing services including acute and critical medical, surgical, and post-surgical patient populations. Mentor highly motivated and clinically skilled Patient Care Directors, and an engaged team of Clinical Coordinators, Educators, and other assigned staff.

Preferred Criteria
Experience in working in a Magnet designated hospital
Required Criteria
Master's degree
Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain)
5 or more years of nursing leadership experience
Demonstrated success in decision-making, team-building and improvement of the patient/family experience
