•Manage the infrastructure, tools, and systems necessary for delivering thousands of transactions and billions of dollars of financing originations between partner banks, customers, and Microsoft.
•Simplify and automate infrastructure, processes, tools, and systems to enable doubling our capacity over the next 2-3 years.
•Adopt the latest technologies and standards necessary to increase scale and support expansion.
•Ensure all processes and policies are fully compliant.
•Create clarity with the senior leadership team, partner in setting business strategy and direction, and communicate the vision and plan to get there regularly with conviction.
Key Qualifications:
•Proven operational leadership including experience leading remote teams across multiple geos
•Experience optimizing core line of business IT services, managing multiple vendors, and budgets
•High level of integrity, self-confidence, demonstrated change management, and enables a diverse and inclusive culture
•Track record of resiliency in the face of challenges and of delivering success
•Generate positive energy and take on big challenges with enthusiasm
•10-15% travel required
•10+ years of applicable experience
•Minimum of a Bachelors degree is required
