Ampush helps performance marketers acquire new users, generate sales, and re-engage customers. Duties & Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management: Partner with a Business Unit GM to manage a team of 8-10 Media Analysts and Vertical Leads. Inspire, recognize, coach, and lead team on a day-to-day basis. Be a strong cultural presence
Client Management: Own client relationship and shape strategy by analyzing and optimizing spending execution
Strategic Planning: Own the development and execution of vertical strategy
Business Development: Partner with Head of Business Development to pursue new opportunities within the vertical
Analysis: Develop, analyze, and optimize spending strategy for clients and provide growth guidance or direct intervention in high-leverage opportunities (user conversion, retention, LTV and ROI)
Experience & Qualifications:
7+ years in quantitative analysis, optimization, or ad operations OR
5+ years experience from top-tier professional services (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley) OR
5+ years experience in performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or related spaces
3+ years experience managing teams
Excel skills (e.g. vlookup, pivot tables, formatting) and comfortable with data analysis
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment, comfortable with evolving role
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
Preferred experience:
Previous startup experience
Masters degree (MA, MBA)
Performance Marketing experience
