Director NTG Global Sales Perceptual Computing Intel Corporation Santa Clara

The Global Sales Director for Perceptual Computing will lead a global sales team that sells our RealSense and new Movidius products into segments such as drones, robotics, a/r + v/r and the home. She/he is responsible for overall segment sales strategy, revenue / design win / success metrics as well as investment decisions. This role will work very closely with NTG's Perceptual Computing GM and his team as well as with SMG's horizontal sales teams (Global Accounts, Regional Sales, and Industry Sales) to ensure Intel's new products and technologies are positioned for success in the market.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Understand and address market trends, customer needs, primary economic levers, and industry trends in order to build a Customer Ecosystem Sales Plan for the Perceptual Computing market segment and business. Lead the Perceptual Computing strategy formulation and business processes to execute global sales and organizational strategies in support of Intel Perceptual Computing products and solutions. Directly responsible for revenue performance to plan, goal setting, and operations identifying ways to maximize revenue for the Perceptual Computing segment. Ownership and accountability for the Salesforce pipeline that tracks the design win activity needed to put us on track to deliver to the long range revenue target and strategic account goals. Work closely with NTG on product development and product management including market and customer research, product requirements, product development, product pricing, and product lifecycle management. Manage budgets and resource allocation across SMG's horizontal sales teams (Top Accounts, Regional Sales, Industry Sales)

Qualifications

Demonstrated global leadership skills with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver sales results. Effective in developing and executing on strategies for growing the business and motivating and inspiring geographically disperse teams (partnerships, demand generation, co-selling) Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners. Proven Business and Financial acumen: understands the market segment, related industries and operational capabilities. Understands Intel's and Customer's business models and organization dynamics Led strategic initiatives or projects (i.e. exec office strategic discussions, new business models implementation, etc) 10+ years direct global customer experience a plus Perceptual Computing market segment experience a plus
