Position/Program Requirements
Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrated track record of success as a team and solution thought leader with a proven ability to create an effective, efficient, and thriving work environment in which individuals are able to perform their roles, meet client expectations, achieve the units goals all while respecting the work-life quality of team members.

Qualified candidate needs to show examples of achieving such results,

providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership both internally and externally informed of progress and issues. Potential candidates are expected to bring an appropriate level of IT operational and managerial experience in line with the level of experienced developed throughout their career.

Candidates need to posses the requisite technology and operational expertise to effective lead from sales through to delivery operations.

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree


Degree Preferred: Master's degree


Knowledge Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in leading and collaborating directly with senior management on client-facing business development, engagement delivery, operations development and thought leadership, including the following:

- Developing, assessing, and implementing of Information Technology (IT) solutions in areas of project management, process improvement, technology deployment, and other business advisory initiatives in alignment with bringing leading Managed Technology and Managed Cloud Infrastructure solutions to the market; and,

- Performing extensive sales and business development, creating, building and maintaining client relationships at all levels as well as bringing relevant insight and intellectual capital into each engagement.


- Directing similar business units involving multi-million dollar sales pursuits, running a $15 to $25M services portfolio

-Owning activities related to the development and maintenance of client relationships, and the management of multiple and simultaneous complex work streams or engagements


- Leading complex engagements involving personnel both on and off-shore, external vendors, and client teams all while creating a positive environment by developing new opportunities, successfully delivering engagements, monitoring organizational health and driving thought leadership.


- Understanding of IT Strategy and Transformation pertaining to IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v3 industry practices including IT infrastructure, architecture and operations; development and improvement of ITSM processes and functions; and ITSM-related tools and technology.


Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader in managing IT Infrastructure engagements and project teams specializing in the design and implementation of Data Center processes, organizational structures, functions and technology within the following areas:


- Design, build, and operation of a Managed Technology and Infrastructure delivery team, and driving a wide range of Managed Services into the market in support of Database as a Service including Oracle, SQL, etc with operational management for various client technologies;


- Design, build, management and oversight of client Cloud Platforms including Private, Public, and Hybrid cloud platforms from leading partners such as Oracle, Amazon Web Services, etc.;

- Management of large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, systems integration and technical architecture at enterprise and inter-enterprise levels;

- Design of large data centers and/or infrastructures for global organizations; and,

-Management and/or oversight of large scale data center migration programs.
