This role will interact with finance groups and business partners across Corporate Services and will utilize critical reporting, planning, analytical, and communication skills to deliver insightful reporting, analysis, and executive briefings to key internal audiences.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent with 8 to 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 6 to 8+ years of experience.
MBA preferred
In addition, applicants must have exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams are musts
The Purpose of Your Role

Our team is accountable to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and BU Leaders within Corporate Services. Your roles functional responsibilities are related to financial management support, business decision support, strategic planning support, and ad hoc analysis as directed by executive management within Corporate and Shared Services. The information and analysis provided to senior management supports critical business analyses and decision making.

Your demonstrated FP&A and line finance experience with strong ability to partner closely with senior leaders
You have a solid understanding of advanced financial principles, analysis, and business theories, and have practical experience in applying this knowledge to business situations.
Your Strong analytical, project management and problem solving skills.
You have the ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail.
Your synthesis of analysis and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations.
You have knowledge of financial tools (Excel, Essbase, Powerpoint, FCAP) and financial modeling.
You are proficient with budgeting software and have strong technical skills for financial applications.
Your proven ability to operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
Your demonstrated ability to lead project/work activities and manage multiple priorities.

The Value You Deliver
Delivering Financial Planning & Analysis functional support for Corporate Services that includes responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and reporting Profit &Loss, Headcount, Capital and Strategic Initiatives performance
Supporting annual operating plan, budget, quarterly and ad hoc forecasts
Using various software applications (e.g. Excel, Essbase, PowerPoint, Word) to achieve outlined results
Presenting your findings to the CFO and BU leaders
