CloudHealth is seeking a leader to leverage strong communication, collaboration and management skills to engage executives, product SME’s, vendors, and other third parties on the path to defining and delivering successful education programs to our customers and partners. This role involves developing the technical training strategy, curriculum development, technical content development & compilation, and instruction.

About You: You’re an accomplished, high energy hands-on leader with a proven track record of working collaboratively to drive customer success through effective training curriculum and enablement programs. You’re looking for the opportunity to build strategic programs from the ground up while scaling a team dedicated to producing and delivering engaging content tailored to a variety of learning styles at one of the fastest growing companies in Boston.
You Will:
Develop and execute a global customer education strategy that will accelerate and scale the learning and adoption of the CloudHealth platform through world class learning experiences.
Build and lead a high performing team that is responsible for curriculum design; training content creation, delivery, and operations; certification programs; educational events; learning tools and infrastructure.
Evaluate the effectiveness of customer education initiatives in order to determine ROI, build customer loyalty and shape future plans and priorities.
Define, develop and implement learning strategies, plans and processes to support organizational goals.
Lead the creation of best-in-industry live and e-learning training sessions that maximize customer adoption, retention, and loyalty.
Identify, implement, and support the most appropriate technology and tools to enable to efficient consumption of all available self-help and training content.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, monitor activity, progress and time related to project completion.
You Have:
10+ years of experience developing and managing technical education programs, course content, instructional design, and LMS tools with a SaaS technology company.
At least 5+ years hiring, managing, mentoring and building teams.
Experience in training delivery and management directly to customers and channel partners.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Experience in managing content design through delivery and working with other key members of the team and company to leverage knowledge and relevant project content.
Strong technical acumen with web-based technologies, deep expertise in knowledge management software and tools.
Ability to be a leader throughout the company, speak up, exert influence to create positive change, and drive progress across cross-functional teams.
Initiative, adaptability, and resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment;
BS/BA in Technical or related field.
