The primary responsibility for this position is to assist our clients and prospects in the development of Market Access Solutions solutions for their brand programs. This person will need to have extensive experience in the design of patient centric programs that integrate all aspects of an integrated product access support or “hub” program, including; reimbursement support, nursing support services, patient assistance, field support services and other services as necessary to create and support a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:
Deliver Sales
Develop and execute a strategic and comprehensive plans for each target prospect brand, including identifying core customer requirements and mapping the TrialCard solutions to the opportunity requirements.
Understand the customer’s organizational structure and work to achieve alignment.
Responsible for accurate forecasting, revenue delivery, and facilitation of sales enablement and regulate the implementation of agreed account and business plans.
Collaborate with marketing to develop an effective plan for the accounts, encompassing events, seminars and roadmap sessions.
Serve as a TrialCard ambassador within accounts, maximizing our brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, evangelizing our solution and publicizing success stories.
Monitor and report on the level of business with accounts and recommend actions that will enhance the business.
Develop, drive and close business within assigned territory.
Create and maintain effective partner relationships within assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university
Minimum of 3 years business development or sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical services
Minimum of 3 years of pharma or biotech marketing and/or market access experience
A proven record of success working on complex multimillion dollar sales opportunities is a plus
Ability to provide strategic consultation and guidance to clients on the design and development of market access support programs for pharmaceuticals,
Proficient in customer presentations utilizing various types of technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook)
Must be able to travel both locally and out-of-town, out-of-town travel potentially 50% of the time
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to think, reason and answer questions in person and with expediency.
