Walmart is hiring for an exciting new team – International Strategic Initiatives. As a member of this organization, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and programs that serve over 11,000 retail units in 28 countries around the world. More specifically, in this particular role, you would lead a team responsible for transforming the Walmart Real Estate business by deploying a best-in-class technology platform (IBM TRIRIGA). You will apply your skills in leadership, communication, and influence to work cross-functionally across a broad array of internal clients and external partners, translating business needs into functional requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
3 Years Supervisory Experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management , Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field and 5 years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management , Supply Chain or related field OR 7 Years of experience in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.

Broad exposure to key areas of the business.
Business case formulation experience.
Change management experience.
Experience influencing and presenting at corporate level and executive level.
Experience leading engineering, strategy or innovations teams.
Master s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related field.
Presentation development and delivery experience.
Project or process facilitation experience.
Root cause analysis experience.
Understanding of key financial levers and profit and loss statements.
