Creative Director (Copy) Edelman New York

We are looking for a Creative Director for New York Digital Practice who will be responsible for building a team of Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers and lead the idea development from conception to completion, while always raising the bar on creative expression. The Creative Director is seamlessly able to transform the strategic opportunity into best-in-class creative solutions.

Here’s what you will be responsible for...
Delivering a creative plan to New York leadership to ensure Edelman continually ups its creative property
Managing, leading, recruiting and cultivating ideas, art and creative director talent and leveraging this talent for priority opportunities
Having a presence, credible point of view and ability to help articulate creative ideas with C-suite executives
Determining the creative idea as well as visual/verbal expression and content for brands/businesses
Working side by side with Group Strategy Director to ensure strategy and creative achieve the benchmarks for Edelman ideas
Make staffing decisions on NY Digital opportunities
Be responsible to share best practices



Basic Qualifications

The Creative Director must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in creative, advertising, public relations or editorial.
