Responsible for executing the design and delivery of effective and efficient learning solutions to support the priorities of Liability Lines.
Actively researches, curates and maintains Learning and Development content.
Acts as an SME and identifies and engages SMEs for Liability Lines to provide content and/or deliver learning solutions.

• Partners with Liability Lines to develop learning plans and budgets.
• Conducts needs analyses, identifies knowledge and performance gaps, and recommends learning solutions to address them.
• Leads teams of Learning Professionals to design, develop and implement learning solutions.
• Helps Liability Lines leadership to interpret and act on learning outcomes.
• Partners with business leaders and other members of L&D to determine metrics to best assess learning, impact and return on investment.
Communicates the effectiveness of learning solutions that address key skills and competencies.
• Effectively leverages the capabilities of the Learning and Development function to offer the Liability Lines function high quality learning solutions.
• Explores and researches learning industry trends to effectively deliver dynamic learning solutions that impact business performance.
• Forms strategic partnerships with business leaders and Human Resources; understands the business challenges they face both in the short and long term and customizes learning solutions accordingly.
• Partners effectively with other members of the Learning and Development team (e.g. learning architects, developers, graphic artists, etc.) throughout the cycle of the each learning initiative or program.
Position Requirements:
• Strong learning & development expertise including needs analysis, consultation, and innovative learning solutions.
• Instruction design experience in various modes and techniques such as virtual classroom, webcast, job aid tools, etc.
• Preferred minimum of 5 years of Learning & Development experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Full knowledge of L&D principles and models such as ADDIE, ROI, Kirkpatrick, etc.
