The Senior Director of Marketing for our North America Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) business will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, with a focus on innovative initiatives to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for our solutions. This position requires a seasoned marketer with superior creativity and project management skills for integrated campaign development.

This Senior Director will provide leadership and vision to drive demand generation, acquisition and awareness campaigns across all marketing channels. This person must have significant experience working across all aspects of marketing inclusive of brand, digital, public relations - and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive go-to-market success. This leader will work very closely with our sales team, corporate marketing, and will engage with agency partners, as well as cross functional partners to help develop programs and bring them to life. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy leader who strives for innovation and results-oriented outcomes. The individual needs to be self-directed and able to handle multiple tasks, delegate responsibility through a matrixed team and prioritize with a professional, can-do attitude. This team member will report to the Head of Global Enterprise Solutions Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the development and execution of aggressive marketing plan that support business unit revenue targets and sales objectives.
Lead the strategic thinking, development, ideation and execution of best-in-class integrated marketing programs across all platforms (print, digital, outdoor, etc.).
Deliver measurable marketing results and have the nimbleness to take corrective action based on emerging market opportunities and trends.
Work hand-in-hand with sales and product teams to ensure sales and product objectives are met through marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with digital team to maximize website traffic, including creating or updating content to improve site performance.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree; MBA desirable.
Minimum of 7-10 years of related experience in marketing with demonstrated ability in building and leading innovative marketing programs, ideally in B2B environments.
Experience working across and navigating cross functional teams to drive results.
Working with agencies for creative development and media buys.
Demonstrated ability to work with and influence senior management.
Strategic thinker with broad perspective and, at the same time, demonstrates an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly.
Outstanding interpersonal, presentation (written and verbal) and process facilitation skills.
Results-oriented; high sense of urgency and energy.
