We are seeking an all-star Sales Development Rep (SDR) Director to lead a team of SDRs who position Glassdoor’s recruiting solutions to prospects and deliver highly qualified leads to the sales team. The SDR Director will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, continuous training and ensuring the growth and success of the SDRs. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing groups to maximize pipeline creation. The SDR Director will define and align SDR goals, strategy and tactics to our go-to-market initiatives. The candidate must be a strong coach & leader, extremely well organized and continuously improve the SDR program as a whole. What You'll do:

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing and graduating our SDRs, together with your team of SDR managers.
Set direction and strategy for demand generation process
Align with cross functional sales leaders
Set the Sales Development quarterly strategy for handling inbound and outbound prospecting
Develop and shape our inbound and outbound prospecting strategy with our sales and marketing leadership team and ensure your SDR management team is fully aligned.
Motivate SDRs to exceed goals through coaching and incentives
Identify methods to optimize SFDC, Marketo and other selling tools to improve rep productivity
Develops key performance metrics and dashboards that help the SDR focus on maximizing performance
Develop and shape a highly competitive and rewarding SDR experience from college recruiting, SDR graduation to post-promotion support
Built a framework of a repeatable and scalable program
Monitor the latest sales productivity, enablement, prospecting and predictive trends in the industry
Liaise with Recruiting and Finance to ensure are can attract the best talent on the market

What You bring:

BA/BS degree
5+ years sales experience with 4+ years experience managing an SDR team
2+ years managing SDR managers
2+ years in the software industry
Previous experience working in software sales preferred
Passion for identifying and integrating ongoing best practices for inbound & outbound
Quick to master selling tools (proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, InsideView, InsideSales.com)
Proven ability to spot talent, hire and grow SDRs to be Sales rock-stars
Experience in a high growth organization and prepared to get in on the ground level
Optimism, a sense of humor, and solid people skills to foster a strong team spirit
