The Sr. Director, Identify Operations will provide day-to-day management and leadership of the Identify Operations at NBCUniversal. The Sr. Director, Identify Operations will be responsible for all aspects of Technology Security regarding Identity Management; Risk Strategy and Management; Technology Security Policy Management, and other technology security operations. This position will be required to interface with the other Technology Security Operations of Protection, Detection, and Response Operations in the accomplishment of duties as well as interface to business and business support organizations including, Plan, Build, and Run operations within the CIO of Infrastructure operations.

The Sr. Director, Identify Operations provides leadership in support of understanding the business context, the resources that support critical business functions, and the related cybersecurity risks for NBCUniversal Domestic and International operations. Identify Operations enables an organization to focus and prioritize its efforts, consistent with its risk management strategy and business needs. The Sr. Director, Identify Operations must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be passionate about reducing technology risk, protecting the business environment, employees and company assets in all forms, advance the science of identity and access control, and aide in the timely and efficient response to technology security compromises.
Working closely with members of the Chief Information Officer (CIO) operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the following activities:
• Oversee the strategy, design, implementation and maintenance of all Identify and Access Control Management Operations for NBCUniversal, domestically and internationally.
• Operate the Third-Party Risk Management Program in concert with the Chief privacy Officer (CPO) through the managed questionnaire, site inspections, and contract terms assuring initial and continuing understanding of the risks that third-parties represent to the NBCUniversal businesses.
• Maintain ownership of development, management, compliance and exceptions to established NBCUniversal Technology Security policies.
• Working in close coordination with NBCUniversal General Council’s Office and Comcast’s Infrastructure and Information Security Office, provide guidance and advice for application of technology security issues supporting the corporate governance and Risk Management programs.
• Provide active leadership for Corporate Asset Management Program to assure consistency, currency, and completeness of the product.
• Participate in Corporate Risk Management efforts and act as Technology Security subject matter expert to all NBCUniversal and Comcast Risk Management efforts.
• Provide and/or enhance International risk management functions
• Work with other Technology Security and domestic and International Businesses on technology security governance compliance efforts in accordance with NBCUniversal, industry privacy and security regulations, and guidelines set forth by, Country, Federal and local laws, as applicable.
Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 6 years combined experience in IT Infrastructure, networking and security.
• Minimum 4 years working in multi-national business operations and technologies.
• Minimum 4 years working in a multi-dimensional program environment involving complex technologies and geographically disparate businesses.
• Minimum 3 years working with security technologies including security architecture, digital certificates, encryption and authentication, and technology security log collection and deep analytic analysis.

Desired Characteristics • Minimum 2 years working in an international media and entertainment business operations.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study
• CISM, CISSP or SSCP certification
• Six Sigma trained; Green or Black belt certification
• Experience in large global environments spanning multiple time-zones
• Solid understanding of, and ability to speak authoritatively to, security principles such as authentication/authorization and access control.
• Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of recognized Technology Security-related standards and technologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of International Technology Security and Privacy regulations, laws, and policies.
