Project Manager Business Conduct Helpline Apple Santa Clara

Reporting to the Director of Business Conduct and Global Compliance, the position is primarily responsible for managing Apple’s Business Conduct Helpline, including, but not limited to, responding to requests for guidance on Apple policies, coordinating investigations into allegations of policy and/or legal violations, and creating customized reports for senior management and the Board of Directors concerning Business Conduct matters. The individual will be a key resource to help ensure consistent process, treatment, and disposition of cases, as well as consistent interpretation and communication of Apple policy requirements.

Description

•Provide guidance to Corporate and Retail employees, management and Human Resources regarding Apple’s Business Conduct Policy and other company policies; •Coordinate investigations of alleged policy and legal violations to ensure they are appropriately assigned, investigated and resolved expeditiously and in compliance with internal procedures; •Build relationships and effectively communicate with key Business Conduct stakeholders such as Human Resources, Employee Relations, Legal, Internal Audit, etc.; •Manage Helpline database, and prepare and continuously improve monthly, quarterly and annual metrics on Business Conduct activity for company management and the Board of Directors; •Analyze trends in case activity and work with compliance stakeholders to address trends via appropriate Business Conduct communications and training; •Keep abreast of pertinent legal and regulatory developments related to ethics hotlines, including international laws and regulations; •Support other Business Conduct Office projects such as legal and regulatory risk assessments and business conduct awareness initiatives.

Education

BA/BS degree 5+ years experience in an ethics, compliance, human resources and/or employment law
