Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, MBA or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of relevant technical program management experience
Be a thought leader within the organization, someone who can help advance our Product & Technology strategy globally and challenge others in the organization to change.
Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment consisting of software engineering, infrastructure, product management and business operations
Deep appreciation for the Customer mindset. Proven ability to think Customer-first ; successful track record in building strategies and solutions to meet Customer needs.
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you must take on multiple responsibilities and do what it takes to get things done.
Demonstrated results in creating and managing complex program plans, including experience with global teams, budgetary management, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Ability to establish credibility and rapport, and effectively communicate at appropriate levels of detail at all levels and areas of the business
Thorough understanding of infrastructure processes and lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
Experience as a Product Manager and/or Product management a plus
