This role is responsible for refining and updating the vision & strategy of Strategic Enterprise Agreements and leading a team that negotiates, implements, and manages enterprise-wide strategic agreements covering direct material requirements. As a direct report to the Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing this person will interface with the Supplier Relationship Team (SEP) and Business Unit Supplier Stakeholders (VP's, Program Managers, Subcontract Leads, etc.) to assist in the development and execution of Supplier Relationship Strategies, Supplier Performance Goals, and Performance Reporting Process required to proactively manage performance to achieve quality, deliver and cost goals.

This position will drive affordability strategies in support of the Supplier Excellence Program and optimize the utilization of Strategic Sourcing on Raytheon's "top 100" programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Enhance and refine vision and strategy for Procurement activities in collaboration with business unit supply chain leadership to drive one Raytheon benefits
· Provide leadership direction to Strategic Commodity Management Team and authorize Company-Wide agreements of direct sourcing and procurement activities
· Provide strategic leadership and oversight over the cross-business Strategic Enterprise Aligned Commodities (SEAC) Steering Team
· Manage and oversee team as related to the strategic sourcing of materials, parts, components, products, services and equipment in support of all Raytheon Businesses
· Define and develop strategies to address supplier source selection and supply base
· Manage supply chain direct reports and team to partner with Business Unit Stakeholders of strategic suppliers to promote One Raytheon Strategic sourcing strategies
· Partner with various functions and businesses to define objectives and deliver results
Experience Required:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence others and affect results
· Demonstrated knowledge of subcontract administration, strategic sourcing, compliance, pricing, proposal support, material program management with previous management experience is required.
· Strong leadership skills and ability to be a change agent
· Minimum of 14 years of supply chain or related experience; 8 of which should be in leadership of a mid to large team of employees
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
M.S. or M.B.A. preferred
