We are looking for an experienced rock star event professional who is excited by the challenge of delivering large scale innovative programs.
This position is part of our dynamic events team and be responsible for organizing and planning multiple large scale conferences globally each year.

Understand the S alesforce brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
Manage multiple, complex timetables successfully in a collaborative extremely fast paced environment -
Manage external relationships (agencies, vendors) and work with cross-functional internal teams; creative services, interactive, marketing ops, which support direct efforts and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries, including a broad range of peers and executives
Research and report creative event options, off-site venues, and entertainment based on program format and budget.
Provide onsite event leadership.
Manage and contribute towards creative problem solving
Create pre-event planning decks and post event summary decks for all stakeholders
Evaluate event performance, post-event ROI tracking, and wrap-up reports
Ideally your DNA includes these super hero talents:
10+ years successful event & project management experience planning large, complex events & programs (product launches, conferences, executive programs and trade shows). Preferably in a B2B, high-tech, fast-paced environment.
Proven effectiveness in contract negotiations
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively negotiate demands
Results-oriented, customer driven, organized with attention to detail
Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a strict deadline oriented environment
Thrive on teamwork and overcoming obstacles.
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to proactively address needs
Solid understanding of event technology
Excellent project management skills and a desire to improve current processes
Understand event audience acquisition and how to hit registration goals and attendance targets
Deep comfort level with program analysis, measurement, reporting and pipeline impact.
You are collaborative, proactive, creative, entrepreneurial, have a healthy appetite for feedback, and thrive in high-pressure situations.
In-depth knowledge of software programs (specifically ExCel and PowerPoint) is necessary
Ability to travel to event locations globally
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
