SAP SuccessFactors Solution Management is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven solution manager who helps create, execute, measure and manage the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This person will work closely with a number of functional departments including but not limited to: field marketing, sales, product management, and partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a “roll up the sleeves” individual to join a highly regarded solution management team.

The primary focus of the Solution Manager is to champion the value proposition of our Cloud platform and technology, and to execute go-to-market strategies in a cross-functional environment that accelerate sales pipelines and revenue. This includes supporting lead gen activities, creating core sales assets, market research and analysis, and acting as an evangelist and defacto general manager for their solution area.

Responsibilities and Tasks

Coach and mentor sales reps, enterprise architects and solution consultants so they are confident and competent in communicating our platform and technology capabilities and cloud strategy.
Be the voice of the customer inside SAP to shape SAP SuccessFactors platform and technology story.
Work with sales, demand gen, AR/PR, field marketing and events teams to execute plans.
Work closely with direct sales and partners on training efforts, pipeline acceleration and deal support, including customer meetings.
Collaborate with product management and product sales team in product planning, development and roadmap discussions that are specific to our platform and technology capabilities.
Update analysts and influencers to create favorable mindshare and establish thought leadership
Develop compelling positioning and messaging for our platform and technology capabilities.
Create and manage a core set of customer-facing assets, including brochures, PPTs, videos, etc.
Identify asset gaps, and champion creation of new assets as required.
Provide ongoing updates, presentations, and recommendations to broader solution management team and executives, as appropriate.
Help with market and competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, product service/support strategy, and pricing

Skills and Experience:

Domain knowledge of or experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cloud
Experienced in HR solutions and market
4+ years of product or solution marketing experience in enterprise software
