Time Inc. is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly-caffeinated digital media innovator to lead and drive growth for Time Inc.’s social and other in-feed ad products. As part of the Foundry and reporting to the Executive Director, the role will enhance and oversee the implementation of the latest social media and other content distribution advertising opportunities across Time Inc.’s iconic titles.

You will marry art with science, leveraging Time Inc.'s content and data capabilities with the latest technology improvements as well as media optimization technologies to deliver multi-platform advertising solutions. The products you and your team own will engage audiences and drive measurable results for our clients.

You will:
Lead a team to set-up, execute, optimize and report for Time Inc. established social and in-feed distribution products, including evolving the solution suite to address new marketplace challenges.
Underpin content programs with upfront support of pre-sales opportunities and campaign delivery through education, materials, processes and performance tracking
Create new and lasting solutions to arm Time Inc. with the latest in social and larger distribution solutions through packaging, pricing as well as strategic external partnerships
Incorporate Time Inc. social and native capabilities into larger content distribution strategies and solution sets
You have:
Minimum of 4 years working in a full-time social media and/or programmatic buying role.
Minimum of 4 years of project and campaign management experience at a media company, digital agency or brand.
Appetite to master social distribution but also expand beyond into other distributed platforms
Deep understanding of the social media ecosystems, with knowledge of intricate trends as well as key players.
Superior project management skills. Ability to juggle multiple initiatives and keep team members on track, on time and on budget.
Excellent communication and relationship skills with all levels of management and staff.
Strong desire to work in a dynamic and surprisingly entrepreneurial environment.
