Key Responsibilities include:
• Drive differentiated value proposition, messaging and competitive positioning for Microsoft Dynamics solutions for Sales, Marketing and Social.
• Partner with Technical Product Marketing and R&D on an ongoing basis to deliver value position, product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end GTM and product lunches to ensure field and partner readiness for Sales, Marketing and Social.
• Build and manage Sales, Marketing and Social team of product marketers and subject matter experts.
• Deliver competitive insight and battlecards for the field
• Work closely with Integrated Marketing on branding, global engagement programs, content marketing, web and events for sales, marketing and social technology decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Business Planning on pricing and packaging.
• Collaborate with Industry Product Marketing to ensure sales, marketing and social scenarios are messaged effectively in end-to-end Industry scenarios in Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Public Sector and more.
Key requirements include:
• 7+ years of product marketing experience in CRM, Sales, Marketing and Social business applications, including experience in cloud / SaaS environments
• Deep subject matter expertise in Sales, Marketing and Social processes, technologies and competitive landscape.
• Ability to develop differentiated product and service strategies and corresponding execution plans, prioritize activities and deliverables, manage a team across multiple projects effectively and drive them to completion with a focus on producing measurable results.
• Collaborate within and across groups at Microsoft including executives, Integrated Marketing, business planning, R&D, technical product marketing, partner, field teams to build alignment and execute complex projects
