If so, you will be interested in Expedia’s new People Analytics Director role, responsible for working with HR leaders and their teams across the company to organize and share analytics about Expedia’s people that allow leaders to take the right actions to drive better business results. You will play an essential role in delivering people analytics to the HR organization and the overall Expedia business and drive improved people decisions across Expedia as part of the People Analytics team.

Responsibilities:
Improve Expedia’s ability to make people decisions by building a strong partnership with multiple client-facing HR teams and ensuring that our analysis and programs support their business priorities:
• Understand our current tools and roadmap for People Analytics (including Tableau, Sql Server datawarehouse reports, Workday reporting and more!)
• Work with Expedia global talent acquisition organizations specifically to understand current business priorities and near-term goals for dashboards, analytics and overall reporting.
• Extend this knowledge after 9-12 months to include other functions outside Talent Acquisition including Talent Management, Compensation, Diversity & Inclusion based on priorities set by HRLT.
• Deliver needed analytics and reports directly as well as leveraging other team members and vendors, and build a plan to make HR teams self-sufficient over time through a well-communicated set of self-service tools & relevant training
• Set the future direction and priorities for People Analytics applications as a key member of the leadership team providing timely and detailed insight into business needs.
Qualifications:
• 10-12 years professional experience in business analytics, with at least 6-7 in people analytics
• Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, economics or management preferred
• Proven ability to deliver programs to business leaders and HR executive
• Proven ability to document business requirements, design process & supporting system solution and implement including change management, success measures and operational metrics
• Comfortable operating in a leadership and management role as well as diving into details as needed to ensure understanding and maintain client, employee and candidate satisfaction
