The Portolio Transformation Team is tip of the spear leading this effort across regions, in the >200 markets we operate, and touching/changing all brands in the portfolio.
Main Purpose of the role This massive effort is in its second life stage (moving from strategy to execution/roll-out) and needs to be kept tightly on track. The Director PT is responsible for managing the day-to-day and the many detailed sub-projects that make up the global change program.

Qualifications:
10 yrs or more of marketing and/or innovation experience
Proven experience in beverages
Excellent and proven collaboration skills
Pro-active, self starter
Eye for details, precise, diligent
Demonstrating resilience
Embracing and advocating change
Good in dealing with ambiguity
