The Director, Strategic Change & Communications provides direction and support to the strategic change team and partners with leadership to ensure change and communication capabilities are provided on the high priority projects within Information Technology (IT) & Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG). The ideal candidate will be results-oriented with exceptional communication and change management skills that foster a collaborative and continuous improvement environment across the teams. The candidate will also have extensive experience working with cross-functional executive level stakeholders.

· Lead a team of approximately 9 Strategic Change & Communication resources
· Manage performance and ensure staff development for direct reports
· Serve as an advocate for change and educate the IT/RSG organization about the change offering.
· Define, communicate and implement strategic change across the organization
· Manage the intake process for change work, provide direction, and appropriately align resources to key priorities.
· Partner in the planning process to ensure change resources are accounted for in budget discussions
· Key participant in leadership meetings as needed; coach and counsel leadership as required
· Support major communication activities and internal department events, including writing for the technology EVP and/or SVP as needed
· Drives the development and execution of the strategic messaging set for IT/RSG.
Minimum Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum of 7 years in leading/managing change initiatives in a corporate environment
· Minimum of 3 years of project management, including communication management and change management
Preferred Skills:
· External Change Management experience
Effective communication and written communication skills
