We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join our
team as Director of Organization Design. This newly formed team exists to
ensure we continually have the right structures and the right capabilities, at
the right cost, needed to propel the growth strategies of the business. The
individual in this position will lead organization design engagements across
the globe, establish and maintain frameworks for monitoring key organizational
metrics, conduct organization design reviews, and partner with our Talent and
Learning & Development teams to build capabilities for the enterprise. This
position reports to the Senior Director, Global Organization Design.

Responsibilities

Lead organization design projects, fostering the development of organizational capabilities and structures needed to support the execution of the business strategy.


Partner with senior leadership and HR Business Partners to review current organizational performance and culture; make recommendations for organizational design and build organizational plans to support necessary changes.


Support senior leaders in organizational changes, providing process support and tools that facilitate a proactive development of organizational capabilities.


Stay up-to-date and informed on trends and innovations in organization design. Bring to the table new designs, tools, and methods that will help position the organization to grow.
Minimum Requirements

BA required. Masters in Organizational Development/Design, Leadership, or related field strongly preferred.


At least 6 years of experience in roles responsible for organizational development, leadership and people development.


Strong technical knowledge in areas of organization design, talent management, compensation, change management, and HR processes.


Experience working in large, multi-national corporations in a highly-matrixed, complex structure; retail and or consulting experience a plus. Experience working with many countries and cultures. Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders.


Ability to set direction, develop and lead learning and development strategies that are aligned with business strategy. Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools.


Experienced and comfortable handing large amounts of sensitive data.


Successful track record of working with C-level leaders. Superior interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization


High emotional intelligence and politically adept. High energy with a strong work ethic. Strong general business acumen. Deep understanding of organizational finance, specifically workforce costing, annual budgeting and planning processes.
