The Director of Global Merchandising is responsible for all aspects of merchandising strategy:
Share accountability for Global Revenue, SKU productivity, and sell-through for the Footwear Business
Ensure Brand vision and Footwear Product stories are being told consistently across the globe
Develop strategic planning road map for global product trends, needs, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional executives to align big stories, drive product assortment, and deliver consistent stories

Ensure appropriate product segmentation and channel differentiation for Footwear product
Lead and build a team while communicating vision, inspiring performance, and developing talent
Consolidate feedback from markets and channels, both qualitative and quantitative, into actionable follow-up for Product team
