What you have
•An abiding love for all kinds of design
•At least eight years' experience within the design industry
•At least three years' experience in a client-facing role managing creativeinitiatives
•At least three years' experience creating a vision and concepts for client brands
•At least two years' experience leading cross-functional teams within an agency and counselingjunior staff
•Thorough understanding ofthe design process, project management principles, managing clientrelationships, and pre-sales activities
•Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of time
