This position contributes to Starbucks success by leading the definition and execution of the Starbucks e-commerce marketing strategy, contributing to product strategy, and informing site experience and design, to achieve company financial and business objectives.
The leader in this role also facilitates cross-channel alignment throughout the marketing organization, and manages the business activities and day-to-day operations of the Starbucks e-commerce site.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership
Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results
Directs and oversees the implementation of ecommerce strategy to ensure achievement of business objectives
Manages integration of financial activities, including planning, forecasting and business analysis, to drive eCommerce brand planning and strategies
Works alongside other cross-functional leaders to identify integrated marketing strategies and programming plans for ecommerce, ensuring that marketing and communication initiatives are aligned with the global brand strategic directions
Manages relationships with internal and external creative teams, agencies and vendors to execute e-commerce plans
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Defines and executes the marketing strategy and tactics that drive topline revenue and operating income goals
Tracks and measures marketing performance and evaluates overall program effectiveness
Provides direction and oversight of annual operating and marketing plans
Acts as a conduit between business unit strategy, marketing, and merchandising; Understands the roles played by product selection, pricing strategy, site analytics and functionality in driving revenue growth
Works across the organization to ensure alignment of the business unit’s marketing objectives with those of the broader enterprise.
Assesses new B2C ecommerce opportunities and leads the definition of design and functional scope, operational needs, and launch plans for eCommerce platform

Product or brand management with a top-tier e-commerce site (10+years)
Project leadership in a cross-functional environment (10+ years)
MBA strongly preferred
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
5 or more years of experience in a role LEADING marketing, brand management or product management
5 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation
