The TFS Global Business Intelligence (BI) Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated National Manager (Director) - Data and Analytics. The primary responsibility of this role is Analytics is responsible for providing executive management and leadership for development of TFS reporting and analytics.

What you’ll be doing
• Leads and oversees the strategic direction and vision for the BI data analytics team
• Partners with BI senior management team to establish and implement BI’s data and analytics strategy and roadmap
• Builds strong cross-organizational relationships; effectively influence team members across the enterprise to drive and realize BI’s data and analytics strategy
• Leaders and mentors the BI data and analytics team, including coaching, training, and career development
• Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization
• Defines and evolves BI’s data and analytics strategy, capabilities and roadmap, in alignment with overall strategy
• Provides thought leadership in the organization on strategic intelligence, working with teams to better leverage data to gain business insights that influence business strategies
• Leads and manages BI’s data and analytics initiatives, from discovery through implementation, in order to ensure solutions meet goals and business needs
• Oversees BI’s business unit engagement to ensure consistent and reliable BI reporting and analytics that meets consumer needs
• Manages budgets for data and analytics initiatives
Qualifications
What you bring
Master’s Degree, MBA, and/or PhD
10+ years of experience leveraging data to derive predictive analytics
5+ years managing a team
10+ years hands-on experience with statistical tools SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau
