Sr Director Field Support Essilor Dallas

The Director of Field Support is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of deployment, adoption and sustainment of programs within the integrated services team. This position will lead the implementation organization, working closely with doctor alliances, eye care professionals, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to ensure the timely and effective deployment of services and programs.

The Director of Field Support will also collaborate with the Strategic Accounts teams, the ELOA Sales Team and vendors to ensure flawless execution of launch, and to ensure consistent follow up and support of key programs at the ECP level. The successful candidate is experienced in successfully leading multiple deployment programs across several customer segments and geographies, and influencing with customers and deployment leads to maintain and grow key programs and initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the effort to deploy key Integrated Services programs across multiple alliance organizations and ECP locations, including deployment strategy, planning, and execution.
• Ensure programs are adopted and sustained at the ECP level through post-launch support efforts. Actively seek ECP feedback, identify areas for improvement, and resolve issues to drive increased program results.
• Work closely with doctor alliances, eye care professionals, Lab Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to ensure all programs are successfully carried out.
• Responsible for the adoption and sustainment of integrated service programs.
• Develop training and support strategy in collaboration with training team
• Identify competencies and skills needed for future program implementations and support strategies
• Successfully build and develop deployment teams to carry out implementation plan.
• Identify current and future areas of opportunity for new program and services offerings
• Professionally represent Essilor with all customers of the program, ensuring the program initiatives directly support the needs of the customer.
• Ensure feedback from customers is communicated to deployment teams and cross-functional teams integrated into the related programs
• Manage program resources (budget and personnel) to ensure on time and on-budget execution of programs.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree required.
• 7-10+ years of program management, program implementation, or related experience.
• Ophthalmic industry experience strongly preferred.
• Business consulting strongly preferred, preferably within an optical retail setting.
• A self-motivator with an intellectual curiosity, eager to learn and grow, able to learn on their own.
• Proven track record of understanding and satisfying customer requirements.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proven program development and execution skills.
• Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Travel required 50-60%.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
