This high-visibility position leads the day-to-day governance process and portfolio management of Transformation projects for North America Beverages (NAB). The Director will partner closely with initiative leaders to maintain the integrated transformation roadmap covering timeline, actions, interdependencies and the business case. In addition to having strong planning and program management skills, this role requires excellent presentation-writing and thought-leadership skills as the Director will be summarizing the Transformation initiatives and supporting strategy development and communication in presentations for senior leadership. The Director will also partner with the Director, Change Management, to support the development and execution of the change management plan.

Key Accountabilities:
Lead governance and portfolio management of NAB Transformation initiatives
Maintain integrated roadmap and master list of initiatives, including business case, status, timeline, milestones, risks, geographies, etc.
Collaborate and partner closely with cross-functional initiative leads to ensure successful realization of Transformation goals
Communicate roadmap, status, key activities, risks and interconnections at Transformation Leadership Team meetings
Develop additional presentation materials for Transformation Leadership Team meetings
Develop presentation materials for senior leadership reviews of Transformation strategy, plan, and implementation status
Partner with NAB Change Management Director and business leads to develop comprehensive and cohesive change plan

Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of post-MBA experience with top-tier strategy consulting firm preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) preferred
Prior Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
Prior Supply Chain experience preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States
