Director Sales Operations Turn New York

As our Director, Sales Operations, you will be a key member of the sales team driving the creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans, reporting revenue trends, defining and improving sales processes as well as designing and measuring KPIs that enhance sales productivity. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Finance and Sales to quickly understand issues, perform analysis and implement scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversees sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes

Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts

Ensures the equitable assignment of sales force quotas and ensures optimal quota allocation

Defines all sales organization objectives and ensures all are assigned in a timely fashion

Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and works closely with management to understand process bottlenecks and inconsistencies

Ultimately responsible for the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization

Oversee Salesforce strategy including improving current functionality through workflow and reporting enhancements and reinforcing best practices

Provide input to executive leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs

Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives while facilitating an organization of continuous process improvements

Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel

Support CEO and CRO in reporting and presentations for the Board of Directors
Requirements

7+ years of digital experience

5+ years of management experience required

Existing knowledge of programmatic space, insights, data exchanges or performance advertising is preferred but not a requirement.

Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and other leading sales support systems

Strong understanding of online advertising landscape trends

Expert analytical, organizational, communication and presentation skills

BA/BS specializing in Marketing, Finance or Business preferred, with MBA a plus
