Minimum Qualifications
2 years supervisory experience or leading team initiatives.
Bachelor's in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related field AND 5 years experience in engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field OR 7 years experience in engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field OR Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation or related field and 3 years experience in engineering, logistics, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, transportation or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
3 years experience conducting resource planning.
3 years experience working on international projects.
5 years experience developing operations strategy and overseeing project implementations.
5 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
Business proficiency in a second language (for example, Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish).
