Director Partner Account CA Technologies New York

As a Partner Account Director with CA, you’ll be responsible for defining, building and maintaining the partner ecosystem, providing input into strategy/ business plans and ensuring partner alignment. Supported by a national team, your focus will be on providing technical influence amongst partner decision makers and their clients in our Northeast region.
This role is across most of the CA product/ solution set working with partners with varying levels of engagement including a strong focus on new business development.

Responsibilities
Hold sales revenue quota for relevant routes to market
Identify and recruit partners
Align CA technology solutions with partner capabilities/ methodologies
Manage the engagement model between CA and partners
Evangelise and promote joint success
Manage the health and wellbeing of the relationship
Engage with internal CA resources as required
Identify targeted joint CA/Partner solutions to address customer need
Ensure client satisfaction and excellent customer service
Negotiation
Manage, measure and accurately predict financial outcomes

Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience with all of the above ‘Responsibilities’
A strong, broad technical background is critical to success in this role
5+ years experience in a similar role
Team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
