The Director of Marketing – EMEA will lead the development, design and execution of go-to-market plans that generate measurable sales pipeline and new business in Europe. This person will work closely with the CMO and local sales leadership to set strategy and ensure execution of key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the EMEA field marketing team.
Manage the creation and execution of regional marketing plans and localization of marketing campaigns to deliver against agreed-upon lead and pipeline targets to support market objectives across sales and customer success for all countries.
Prioritize and deploy marketing activities including email, advertising, web traffic generation/conversion, teleprospecting, events, webinars, PR, etc. – as well as new channels identified by this role e.g., channel and marketing partnerships.
Build strategy around client engagement events, and work with sales and success teams to execute.
Design and drive processes for effective, transparent and measurable lead management and regularly report campaign-level expenses, ROI, and CAC.
Owns local content campaigns.
Provide extensive oversight of regional database, including cleansing, merging, and importing of lists; continually seek out new sources of data and oversee ongoing research efforts.
Partner with Corporate Marketing to ensure clarity of all campaign deliverables needed and that briefs are submitted and developed to meet criteria on strategy, budget and timeline. Particular emphasis for localization requirements .
Ensure SEO PPC is effectively implemented for key EMEA markets.
Own product marketing deliverables for product add-ons with region specific focus.
Identify appropriate partners, vendors, and marketing agencies for marketing initiatives, negotiate agreements and manage day-to-day relationships and operations with these parties.
Establish a process to identify, execute and measure co-marketing programs with industry and strategic partners and thought-leaders to build brand awareness, grow lead volume and increase partner referrals.
Manage the EMEA regional budget including annual preparation, on-going forecasting, reporting, and invoice tracking/submission.
Basic Knowledge & Experience Required

8-10 years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing.
5 years minimum experience in UK and key EMEA markets such as Germany, France, Middle East, etc.
Deep understanding of what’s required to enter new markets in Europe and grow awareness and demand in a nascent category for European businesses.
Previous experience working with enterprise C-suite decision makers.
Expertise in demand generation and field marketing, partnering closely with sales and customer success teams to deliver lead, pipeline, and revenue.
Prior experience leading and developing teams.
Familiarity with tools to track, measure and report upon marketing performance and contribution to a business (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, etc.).
Experienced working in a matrix management structure; adept at creating strong relationships with direct management as well as regional leaders.
Ability to effectively set strategy and lead a team to successfully meet goals.
Positive, analytical, strategic, result-oriented and initiative with strong work ethic. Proactive, entrepreneurial and self-motivated to find and take on new projects that support team goals.
Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%-60% of time within your region.
