Creative Director PMM Facebook Menlo Park

We’re building something special here. Facebook is driving and internal creative team to help build and develop the Facebook brand. We’re looking for a Creative Director to work with us as and help develop our visual vernacular and brand voice. Specifically, we need great visual thinkers who have experience working in film and digital communications. We need a problem solver who is passionate about making the technical feel human. This person should have a very strong conceptual foundation and years of experience concepting campaign ideas for iconic brands. A fluency in both design and creative direction is a must.

Responsibilities

Designing and art directing for film, mobile, web, and more
Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Communicate complicated technology topics in clear, concise ways to a non-technical audience
Minimum Qualification

BFA preferred (MFA is a plus), ideally in Visual Communication, Advertising or Design
8+ years of agency/in-house experience leading creative direction for global brands
Portfolio/online portfolio of original work in the areas of film and digital (an online portfolio must be included to be considered)
3+ years art directing in the technology sector
Experience art directing in the technology sector
Make sophisticated technology accessible and understandable to a wide audience
Passion for Facebook and it’s products
