Sr Creative Director Design Comcast Philadelphia

This is an exciting opportunity to revolutionize customer service for the largest multi-media and entertainment company in the U.S. We're looking for a Creative Director to join our team to lead ideation, strategy and concept across various customer experience initiatives. The Creative Director will focus attention on products aimed at helping Comcast achieve our goal of providing the best experience to our customers at every touch-point.

Provide creative thought leadership and drive visual design by combining industry best practices with your own expertise and insights about human behavior.

- Support the creation and communication of overarching UX strategies.

- Lead UX team in ideation and concept explorations, as well as partner Engineering, Product Management and other internal business units to define the strategy and experience of consumer facing products.

- Ensure consistent, unified user experience across all platforms by basing decisions on industry standard methodologies, user research and adhering to visual language and style guide.

- Engage UX Research team by participating in or consulting throughout research process.

- Ensure design goals align with overarching company goals.

- Manages and leads a team of Designers, Front End Developers, Information Architects, Content Developers, Usability Analysts, and augmented consultants.

- Manages outside vendors, contractors, and related budgets.

- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.





Qualifications:



- Design professional with 12 or more years of relevant work experience

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Demonstrated ability to design inspiring new solutions to challenges, often in collaboration with end users, frontline workers and stakeholders.

- Expertly skilled in compiling the results of customer research into insights, service opportunities and design principles.

- Expert ability to deliver solid work in a deadline-driven environment.

- Superior communication and leadership skills.

- Outstanding facilitation, brainstorming and collaboration skills.

- A strong portfolio showcasing UX leadership in developing interactive online and mobile products for large consumer base required; broadcast, print, identity, packaging are a plus.
