The Technology Business Management Senior Director will set strategy and process for IT Technology Business Management including business value realization. The Technology Business Management Senior Director will establish and implement a Technology Business Management practice and capability globally for IT starting with North American investment footprint. This role will partner to create and implement the processes and platforms to drive transparency of spend for IT services consumed by our lines of business. This role will help manage the business of IT through an industry standard model of spend including financial, IT and business perspectives.

Develop and manage multi-year roadmap enabling advanced TBM capabilities to PepsiCo.
Leverage an industry standard methodology to measure the value being delivered by IT
Frame recommendations for value delivery for senior IT and business leadership
Provide insights and make recommendations to influence cost and capability trade off decisions
Coordinate & Conduct quarterly management meetings focusing on areas of potential efficiency and innovation gain.
Help inform, validate and improve charge back models for IT services being managed by IT budgeting & planning organization.
Help automate manually intense processes to collect, aggregate, analyze and report on IT spend in the PepsiCo enterprise.
Collaborate with various IT organizations within PepsiCo (Finance, Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, Project/Program Management) to define and integrate IT spend data into approved industry model.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of related IT business work experience specializing in large-scale Information Technology transformations including strategy, architecture and program delivery
Consulting experience working with TBM capabilities preferred
Advanced knowledge of IT financial management inclusive of IT budgeting, charge back, strategic sourcing and benchmarking.
Understanding of IT Key Performance Indicators
Understanding of market evolutions for IT Service Delivery (utility computing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, BPO, other).
Understanding of market trends that continue to commoditize non business differentiating capabilities.
Ability to define and build a small team of targeted expertise to drive value aligned use cases targeting IT spend optimization at PepsiCo.
Strong financial management experience with proven ability to manage annual budget
Superior ability to collaborate with senior leaders, business and IT, on complex business issues
Strong leadership and influencing skills including the ability to develop positive relationships with business partners, understanding and influencing their needs, to align business and IT strategy and ensuring appropriate solutions are deployed
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Understands the IT Sourcing Cycle and where to focus analysis looking for increasing innovation and reducing % of spend running and maintaining the IT environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and the impact on people, processes and technology
Global experience is preferred
