We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Analyst Relations to run our Corporate and Enterprise relations organization and Enterprise Marketing Intelligence professionals at NVIDIA. This position will need to expand NVIDIA’s engagement with new and emerging analysts, influencers and consultants.

Develop and implement a strategic communication strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances corporate visibility and perception with industry analysts, partners and customers.
Provide cross-functional leadership in the development of analyst relation programs for product launches, company announcements, executive speeches and industry appearances.
Monitor news, opinions and articles about NVIDIA, key competitors and industry trends
Proactively establish and maintain relationships with key analysts and influencers and effectively communicate company news and POV
Develop metrics for measuring communication effectiveness – and use the data to drive decision making
Provide direction for regional leaders in developing communication strategies and understanding current market and business issues
Direct a team of Analyst Relations and Market Intelligence
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in English, communications, marketing, journalism, business or comparable discipline. Master's degree in communications or business is preferred
15+ years' experience in analyst relations - strategic communications and public relations a plus
6+ years of management experience, with at least 3-5 years experiences gained working directly within the field of Enterprise Data Center
Experience working for a company undergoing transformation
Deep knowledge of and passion for enterprise analysts, influencers, pundits and key consultants. Understanding of the media, broadcast and digital industries
Demonstrated experience building communication capabilities as well as the ability to improve processes and organizational structure
Comfort and familiarity with a fast-paced news environment
Successful, strategic communications expert who has created and executed global communication strategies, managed budgets and led hands-on execution
Strong, persuasive communication skills enabling the ability to influence at all levels
Clear, strong, precise writing skills
Excellent people leadership and management skills showcasing the ability to attract, motivate and performance-manage a world-class team
Relationship builder; dynamic, proactive, respected; good listener; values input and stimulates candid dialogue; positive attitude and a sense of humor
