This role will focus on developing new live channel sales and service models as well as enhancing existing models to better meet client needs and drive greater efficiency. Projects include things like developing new roles in the field, realigning customers to the appropriate live channel resources, and streamlining existing rep processes and roles where appropriate. The Sales Strategy project pipeline is continually evolving, so this individual could be asked to work on projects across the phones and branches and PI and WI depending on prioritization of the effort and the team’s capacity.

This role also presents the opportunity to work with business partners in Segment Management, Product, Distribution, Operations, CKSI, and WI to insure the development of exceptional customer experiences and flawless execution of those experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis of existing business conditions and recommend strategic changes in sales and service models to improve business results.
Design sales and service models that support the PI Relationship strategy, new product launches, and/or customer segment needs.
Effectively facilitate cross PWIS / PI / WI teams in the development and deployment of these models while leveraging experts, and internal/external consultants.
Provide strong program management skills to ensure that deliverables are executed on time and meet quality requirements.
Act as a liaison between the Segment / Product and Distribution headquarter and field organizations.
Provide appropriate business owner with on-going status, issues and risks impacting Distribution and the program overall.
Develop and report on appropriate measures of success for the new business model.
Ensure an effective handoff of responsibilities to Distribution / Dist Ops post implementation.

Education and Experience:

BS/BA required. MBA and Financial Services experience preferred.
College + 10 years work experience; MBA + 5-8 years experience

Skills and Knowledge:

Outstanding analytical skills – must be comfortable with reading data / analysis and summarizing learning and turning them into actionable strategies
Strong project management skills to lead cross functional teams to implement small and broad scale initiatives
Strong relationship building skills to operate successfully in a highly matrixed organization
