Director Sales NTT DATA Rockland

The Director of Sales, Strategic Staffing is a key player in growing revenue in New England and surrounding regions. The person will need to be familiar with the territory and have experience leading and building a regional sales team focused on IT Staffing. The person in this role will need to understand a prospective client’s business objectives and be able to articulate staffing strategies that will assist in our sales approach to meet the client’s needs. Additional duties include the following;

Develop, evolve and implement regional business sales strategies
Lead and mentor existing sales team to better service existing accounts and open new clients
Hire and mentor new sales team members
Assist in writing proposals and creating presentations for new opportunities in the region
Achieve region growth goals through team success and your own contributions
As a senior member of the regional leadership team, help set team direction, goals and plans to achieve overall business growth and delivery targets
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience managing a sales team in the IT staffing industry
Minimum of 10 years direct selling experience in IT Staffing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a proven track record selling IT staffing and leading sales teams
Experience in understanding business challenges, presenting custom solutions and negotiating service agreements
Coordinating with internal management and delivery teams
Four year college degree required
