Organizational Relationships
Business analytics and Insights, finance, medical affairs, payer marketing, sales, consumer and payer marketing teams, legal and regulatory
Responsibilities
• Identify, develop, and lead execution of strategies and tactics to maximize Eucrisa’s launch trajectory
• Identify current and anticipate future market opportunities for and competitive threats to Eucrisa’s category leadership
• Extend Eucrisa differentiation and create sustainable value for customers
Responsibilities include:
• Execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance Eucrisa’s customer value proposition
• Develop creative and strategic insights about customer needs through collaboration with medical, market analytics and sales colleagues as well as directly with prescribers
• Lead the creation and cascade of a brand sales strategy plan
• Plan, synthesize and evaluate market research identifying and addressing gaps
• Prioritize key opportunities to address competitive threats
• Host advisory boards with experts to develop and translate insights into actionable brand strategies
• Develop briefing packages for management and internal stakeholders on brand priorities, opportunities, and threats.
• Seek and apply knowledge about the dynamic framework of legal-regulatory requirements to meet customer needs while remaining compliant
• Oversee strategic initiatives requiring the contributions of internal and external colleagues, agencies and partners.
Qualifications
• Minimum 8-10 years pharmaceutical marketing experience and strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree required. MBA/MPH preferred.
