Executive Compensation Programs
Responsible for the development of executive compensation plans, long-term incentive plans and materials needed for engagement with Intuit’s Sr Leadership Team and the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee (CODC) of the Board of Directors. Manage all elements of executive compensation, including cash and equity programs, ensuring integration and alignment of executive pay with overall company goals and objectives. Provide high touch consulting, training and supporting analytics for Executive staff. Analyze Intuit’s equity programs (all employees) for effectiveness, recommends program design changes and conducts share usage forecasting. Collaborate with Finance/Accounting, Stock Admin, Legal and Investor Relations teams in the development of the company’s annual proxy statement and other public filings and investor outreach initiatives as required. Monitor legal and regulatory environment impacting executive and equity compensation and makes recommendations to comply with changing landscape. Provide consultation, training and tools to HR colleagues.
Global Retirement Programs
Ownership for defining and continuously assessing Intuit’s philosophy and strategy for retirement programs within the overall Total Rewards and Wellness strategy and portfolio. Contribute to a meaningful and highly competitive Rewards portfolio that flexes and grows along with our employees’ needs at the various stages in their careers at Intuit and their lives. Global retirement program ownership includes developing plan and investment design, regulatory compliance, and partner management. Additionally, responsibility for Intuit’s Employee Benefits Administration Committee.
Qualifications

Seeking someone who is analytical, data driven and creative who thrives on solving complex problems in an elegant, customer back manner. Ability to scale communication style to all levels, but especially important to be able to effectively engage and communicate with executive staff, CEO/Chairman, CODC and external partners. Expertise at their craft is a given; leadership and ability to engage, influence, inspire and execute is what will set the right candidate apart.
Looking for an individual who will bring the experience of having worked in a global technology company, with significant experience with managing equity programs, preparing board materials and interacting with executive leadership up to and including CEO. Additionally, looking for demonstrated success in collaborating across boundaries within and outside of HR.
10+ years of experience in the field of Compensation with a focus on Executive compensation. BA/BS required, MBA a plus, CCP desired.
